Accommodation providers, incoming agencies, tour operators and service companies were able to meet international trade professionals face to face, presenting the region\u2019s destinations, products and experiences and opening up new business opportunities.\r\n\r\nBUY VENETO is one of the established tools of the Region\u2019s tourism promotion strategy: alongside the trade workshop, the project includes educational tours of destinations across the Veneto, giving buyers first-hand knowledge of the territory and its products and allowing them to continue on the ground the conversations begun during the business meetings.\r\n\r\nThe choice of Venice Lido as the venue for the 2025 edition was jointly backed by Vela S.p.A. and the Consorzio Venezia e il suo Lido, which had put forward its candidacy to the Region as a strategic location for the event. The workshop required a space of at least 1,500 m\u00b2, large enough to accommodate the many B2B meeting stations and related activities at the same time, as well as a direct landing stage on the lagoon to ease logistics and participant transfers.\r\n\r\nThe <a href=\"https:\/\/events.visitlido.it\/en\/venues\/palazzo-del-casino\/\">Palazzo del Casin\u00f2<\/a> thus played a different role from that of a traditional congress venue: its spacious halls were configured as a genuine professional marketplace, capable of connecting hundreds of operators in a single day.
